The air shaft is a special winding and unwinding shaft, its surface will be risehigh after injecting high pressure air source, and will be return back quickly after outlet. Our Handong made air expanding shaft can be divided into some types as below:
A. Lug type air shaft
1. Short time air injecting. Air shaft and paper tube linked and separated only need 3 seconds, it doesn't need to disassemble any spare parts this air expanding shaft and paper tube gripped well.
2. Paper tube easy loading. Paper tube can be moved and loaded on air shaft any place when inlet and outlet air pressure.
3. Heavy loading weight. Shaft diameter can be customized as need, and use high hard steel material to make its loading weight heavier.
4. Economic and efficient. Shaft can be customized, it is suitable for thick, thin, wide and narrow paper core.
5. Simple maintanance and long usage life. Air shaft is a single spare part, each spare part with fixed specification and can be replaced independently.

B. Strip type air shaft
It adopts superior quality steel tube, surface is plated with hard chrome, it is equiped with aluminum alloy or steel strips, expanding out and shrinked flexibly. This air expansion shaft can be made with steel or aluminum material as need, aluminum shaft is light, easy disassemble and higher expansion. All technical indexes obviously better than domestic exist lug and strip air shaft.

C. Multiple bladder type air shaft  
This multiple bladder air shaft is made with some pieces of air tube independently, air tube length is similar with air shaft body. Air shaft body can be made with steel or aluminum material, keys can be made with rubber, steel, aluminum, PU and other special material are available. 

D. Cantilever air shaft
It is one end air pressure inflate shaft, it is shorter than regular two ends air shaft, widely applied in slitting machine. It is usually matched magnetic powder clutch brake for winding and unwinding. This cantilever air shaft can be made with lug, strip and multiple bladder modes.
