Safety chuck can be used to support air expanding shaft, no matter pillow mounted safety chuck or flange mounted safety chuck.
 

Safety chuck matched with air expanding shaft can be applied for mechanical work, rewinding machine, wire and cable machine, paper making machine, cutting machine, unwinding machine, orientation machine, tension control and etc.

When safety chuck matched with air expanding shaft, fixed safety chuck's foot on the worktable firstly, then loaded air shaft two ends in the safety chuck's mouth. Safety chuck disc plate can be pushed and opened by hand, it will be return back after rotating. Extend shaft of safety chuck is connected with motor, through motor driving safety chuck rotating, so as to make web roller rotating together.
